Privacy Policy — Vault by Diamond Banc

Vault by Diamond Banc ("the App") is operated by Diamond Banc ("we," "us"). The App is a wholesale marketplace for approved jewelry and watch dealers. This policy describes what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information we collect
Account information — your name, business name, email address, and phone number, provided when you apply for dealer access or sign in. Dealer applications also include a resale/tax ID and business website, used solely to verify trade status.
Activity in the App — bids, offers, purchases, watchlist items, and order history associated with your dealer account.
Device push token — if you enable notifications, a device identifier used only to deliver auction and offer alerts you have opted into.
Payment information is never collected by the App. Checkout is processed by Shopify's secure checkout; we do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
To operate your dealer account, display live inventory, and process bids, offers, and purchases.
To send notifications you control (outbid alerts, auction results, offer updates) — each type can be disabled in the App's settings.
To verify dealer eligibility and prevent misuse of the wholesale platform.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by the service providers that run the App's infrastructure: Shopify (catalog, accounts, checkout), Supabase (auctions, offers, notifications routing), and Expo (app delivery and push notification transport). Each processes data only on our behalf.

Retention and deletion
Account and transaction records are retained while your dealer account is active and as required for business and legal record-keeping. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to dealer information is limited to Diamond Banc staff who operate the Vault platform.

Children
The App is a business-to-business tool for approved dealers aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children.
